Yes, I agree that people criticize too early but it is going to be expensive. That's just the way of Apple products. Also, there's the name that just makes it even more fun to poke at and dismiss all together.

Agreed. Further though the iPad legitimizes this whole sector. I can't wait for Lenovo/Asus/Acer/et al respin their touchscreen netbooks into xPads. The Lenovo S10-3t is the precursor of these devices.

It might not be easy to get a full version of the petra haden song since it is a remake of the bellamy brothers song. they would have to grant her rights to publish her version. as i see it, you cant even add teh song to your player on myspace, so, if the bellamy brothers wont let ya borrow it its hard to say when of if we will ever get a full petra haden version. i will be waiting though....
